Through my time in the healthcare industry, I have had the privilege of assisting families in finding care for their loved ones. In my professional role I have strived to ensure that each family receives a level of care that we all deserve. In 2021, I was faced with the same reality as many families I've helped throughout my career. A series of unfortunate events led to a significant health decline for my father. We were faced with making healthcare decisions that not only met his specific needs, but that also matched the standard of care we wanted for him. I was optimistic about the quality of care he would receive during his time away from home. But as I advocated for my father’s personalized care plan, we quickly realized due to Covid-19, an overall industry staffing shortage, and an excessive patient to caregiver ratio that we simply weren’t willing to settle.

 

After 8 long months of bedridden care for him at home with the help of Hospice, I knew I wanted to make a difference. I knew I needed to provide an option for families faced with similar decisions. An option that measured up to what we wanted for our loved one. We’re committed to providing a home with a team highly focused on personalized care. We strive to care for your loved one at the highest level so you can maintain the role of a family member/loved one. We care like family.
